Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers and support the day-to-day running of the store. Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, keeping shelves stocked, checking prices and stock accuracy, and ensuring safety and legal compliance. Collaborate with your team to maintain smooth operations and contribute to daily tasks across the post office, bakery, or online services. Promote Co-op membership and support local charities while helping keep the store stocked and safe.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18 or over
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts
- The ability to work as part of a team
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
