Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers while supporting the day-to-day running of the store. Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, keep shelves stocked, and check prices, dates, and stock accuracy to maintain store performance. Contribute to daily operations, ensure the store remains safe and legal, and promote Co-op membership. Rotate through opening, middle, and closing shifts, including at least two closing shifts and one weekend shift. Complete two online assessments as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18 or over
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
