Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers while working hands-on on the shop floor, tills, and in-store bakery. Support daily store operations by keeping shelves stocked, checking prices and stock accuracy, and ensuring the store remains safe and legally compliant. Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth running of the store and contribute to sales and community engagement through Co-op membership promotion. Complete two online assessments as part of the application process. Full training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Aged 18 or over
- Ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
