Job Summary
Provide friendly customer service on tills and the shop floor, including assisting in the in-store bakery; restock shelves, clean spillages, and help customers with queries; support store colleagues to solve problems, ensure prices and dates are correct, and contribute to a positive shopping experience; participate in community-focused activities and abide by store policies and safety regulations; role requires early morning weekend shifts and flexibility, with full training provided and benefits including holiday allowance, pension contributions, virtual healthcare, and staff discounts.
