Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers while supporting the day-to-day running of the store. Work hands-on on the shop floor, tills, and in-store bakery to keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy, and maintain safe, legal store conditions. Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth operations and promote Co-op membership to support local and national charities. Complete two online assessments as part of the application process, noting that a CV is not required.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18 or over
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
