Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers while supporting the day-to-day running of the store. Work hands-on on the shop floor, tills, and in-store bakery to keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy, and ensure safe, legal operations. Collaborate with your team to maintain store performance and promote Co-op membership. You must be 18 or over, able to work varied shifts including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, and complete two online assessments during the application process.
