Job Summary
Friendly, customer-first role in a Co-op store: provide service on tills and the shop floor, restock shelves, and keep areas clean including spillages; promote Co-op products and Membership; support store colleagues to solve customer queries; work in the in-store bakery and contribute to a great shopping experience; adhere to pricing, dating, and temperature checks; participate in introducing products and services, participate in community activities, and complete two online assessments as part of the application process. Training is provided, and the role offers flexible opening/closing/mid-day shifts including at least 2 evenings and a weekend shift; age 18+ required; benefits include holiday, pension contributions, healthcare access, discounts, and various wellbeing supports.
