Job Summary
Join Co-op as a Customer Team Member to deliver friendly, helpful service in a local Co-op store. You’ll work as part of a team on the shop floor and tills, keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock, support day-to-day store operations, promote Co-op Membership, and assist in areas such as post office, bakery, or online order picking and packing. The role involves a mix of opening, closing and mid-day shifts with at least 2 evenings and 1 weekend shift, 16 hours per week plus regular overtime, and a permanent part-time contract.
