Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers while supporting the day-to-day running of the store. Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, keeping shelves stocked, checking prices and stock accuracy, and ensuring all temperatures and safety standards are met. Contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience, including assisting with post office services, bakery tasks, or online order picking and packing depending on store needs. Maintain store performance by promoting Co-op membership and supporting local community initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18 or over
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
