Customer Team Member role at Co-op involving friendly service on tills and shop floor, stocking shelves, cleaning spillages, handling customer queries, promoting products and Membership, and supporting store colleagues. Responsibilities include delivering a great shopping experience, keeping shelves stocked with accurate prices and dates, assisting with new products, helping the local community, and participating in three-week rota cycles with flexible weekend availability. Full, paid training provided; part-time seasonal contract (12 hours per week with overtime) and shifts primarily in the late afternoon/evening.
