Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers and keep the store running smoothly by working hands-on on the shop floor and tills. Maintain store performance by stocking shelves, checking prices and dates, and ensuring temperatures are correct. Contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience while promoting Co-op membership and supporting local charities. Work as part of a friendly team in a fast-moving Co-op store, potentially assisting with post office services, bakery tasks, or online order picking and packing.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18 or over
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
