Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service at the tills and shop floor while supporting daily store operations. Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy, and ensure all temperatures and safety standards are maintained. Work hands-on on the shop floor to create a great shopping experience and help put things right when needed. Promote Co-op membership and support local community initiatives. Closing shifts from mid-afternoon through to late evening with flexible availability including weekend shifts. Full, paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18 or over
- Must be available for at least 1 weekend shift
- Must be available for Friday after 6pm
- Must be available for any shift on Saturday
- Must be available for Sunday
- Must be able to work before 6am
- Must be able to work after 10pm
Desired Qualifications
- A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great customer service
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts and as part of a team
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
