Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers while supporting the day-to-day running of the store. Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, keeping shelves stocked, checking prices and stock accuracy, and ensuring the store remains safe and legal. Collaborate with your team to maintain store performance and promote Co-op membership to support local charities. Complete two online assessments as part of the application process.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18 or over
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
