Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers while working hands-on on the shop floor and tills. Keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy, and ensure the store remains safe and legal by monitoring temperatures and dates. Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth store operations and support sales. Promote Co-op membership and assist with community initiatives, including post office services, bakery tasks, and online order picking and packing.
Required Qualifications

- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
