Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers while working hands-on on the shop floor, tills, and in-store bakery. Support daily store operations by keeping shelves stocked, checking prices and stock accuracy, and ensuring safety and legal compliance. Collaborate with your team to maintain smooth running and contribute to sales performance. Promote Co-op membership and support local community initiatives. Work varied shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as part of a friendly team.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18 or over
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
