Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service to customers while supporting the day-to-day running of the store. Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, keeping shelves stocked, checking prices and stock accuracy, and ensuring store safety and legal compliance. Contribute to daily operations to create a great shopping experience and promote Co-op membership alongside local charity support. Operate within a 20-hour weekly schedule plus regular overtime, with opening shifts starting at 6am through to early afternoon, including at least one weekend shift requiring flexible availability.
