Job Summary
Deliver friendly, thoughtful service while supporting the day-to-day running of the store. Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, helping to keep shelves stocked, check prices and stock accuracy, and ensure safety and legal compliance. Collaborate with your team to maintain store performance and support sales. Promote Co-op Membership and assist with online services like picking and packing orders for home delivery. Full, paid training is provided, and you will work a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18 or over
- The ability to work flexibly across a number of shifts
- An interest in retail and working in a busy store environment
