Customer Team Member

Greet customers, answer inquiries, and process purchases efficiently while upselling products and highlighting multi-buy offers. Manage store operations by checking deliveries, stocking shelves, rotating stock for freshness, and completing assigned tasks such as date checking, price changes, and promotional displays. Adhere to all company policies and procedures to ensure a clean, organized sales floor and maintain excellent customer service standards. Work various shifts on a rota basis with additional hours available for sick and holiday cover.
