Job Summary
SPAR Creswell is hiring a Customer Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers through till transactions, upsell and promote multi-buy offers, stock and rotate merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and support store operations. The role emphasizes greeting customers, answering product inquiries, processing purchases efficiently, stock checks, price updates, promotional displays, adherence to company policies, and contributing ideas to improve customer experience. Experience in retail and cash handling is preferred, with an emphasis on teamwork and independence in a fast-paced convenience-store environment.
Required Qualifications
- 18+
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred
- Keen and enthusiastic approach to working both in a team and independently
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not essential
