Job Summary
Greet customers, answer inquiries, and process purchases efficiently while upselling products and highlighting multi-buy offers. Assist store management by checking deliveries, stocking shelves, rotating stock for freshness, and maintaining a clean sales floor. Complete assigned tasks including date checking, stock and gap checks, price changes, and promotional displays. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Shifts run 16 hours on a rota basis between 6am and 11pm.
Required Qualifications
- Must be over 18
- Reliably follows instructions and procedures with excellent attention to detail
- Some understanding of legislative responsibilities of a retail environment and the skills to assist with adherence
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role and/or industry is preferred
- Experience of using a 'Challenge 25' policy desirable
- Keen and enthusiastic approach to working both in a team and independently
- Previous cash handling experience is preferred but not essential
