Job Summary

Lead and manage a district sales team in the West North Carolina Cardiovascular district, coaching Customer Representatives to meet sales goals; oversee training programs and people processes; develop a high-performing team aligned with organizational objectives; travel ~15-25% with occasional overnights to support engagement; strong leadership, coaching, and relationship-building across health systems, providers, and payors; experience in Cardiovascular market, Rx pathways, EHR, and managed care environments; Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years in pharma sales/managed care required; valid driver's license; remote/work-flexible arrangements available.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS)
  • minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel at least 15% of the time (travel and possible overnight stays)
  • Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams
  • Experience with Cardiovascular market preferred
  • Ability to manage account planning and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical mindset and use of business analytics/BI tools
  • Experience with Rx pathways, EHR, benefits design, prior authorization
