Job Summary

Customer Team Leader (CTL) leads a district sales team in the cardiovascular portfolio, coaching and developing Customer Representatives to achieve strong sales performance across Orlando, Kissimmee, Port Saint Lucie, Vero Beach, and Melbourne. The role requires field-based management, travel about 25% (potential overnight stays), accountable for account planning, relationship-building with key accounts, and navigating Managed Care, EHRs, and Rx pathways. Strong leadership, coaching, strategic thinking, and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives within the cardiovascular market are essential; experience in pharma sales, biologics/devices, and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in any field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Valid driver’s license
