Job Summary
Lead and manage a field-based sales team responsible for Cardiovascular products across Alabama (Birmingham, Mobile, Montgomery, Tuscaloosa) and Pensacola, FL. Coach Customer Representatives, oversee training and HR processes, develop a high-performing team aligned with organizational goals, and drive strong sales performance. Travel up to 25% (including overnight stays) to support team and customer engagement. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in Sales/Marketing/Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry, a valid driver’s license, and proven sales leadership experience. Key skills include leadership, coaching, account planning, cross-functional collaboration, knowledge of Rx Pathways, EHR, Managed Care, IDN partnerships, and data-driven sales strategies. Preferred advanced degree (MBA/MS) and experience with large group practices or hospitals. The role is offered with a comprehensive benefits package and a base salary range of $173,200 to $272,600, plus annual bonus and long-term incentive where applicable. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales, Marketing, or Managed Care within the Pharmaceutical industry
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven ability to lead and coach sales teams in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector
- Strong analytical mindset and use of business data analytics/BI tools
- Experience with Rx pathways, EHR, managed care environments, and IDN partnerships
