Job Summary
Lead a small team in a Co-op store, coordinating day-to-day operations and mentoring colleagues to deliver great service. Role may involve working in the post office or bakery or supporting online services and home delivery drivers. Responsibilities include staffing the shop floor and tills, merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes, plus championing Co-op membership and community engagement. Requires flexible availability with a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, including at least 2 evenings and 1 weekend shift, and the ability to motivate and coach a team to meet service and operational goals.
