Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day running of a Co-op store shift by guiding a small team to deliver great service and efficient operations. Responsibilities include motivating and coaching the team, hands-on work on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations, managing merchandising and stock accuracy, contributing to HR processes, and championing Co-op membership and community engagement. The role focuses on driving store performance, customer service, and community involvement in a fast-paced environment, with flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The role may involve working in post office or bakery sections and supporting online services and home delivery drivers, depending on store needs.
