Job Summary
Lead a small team on your shift by motivating staff to deliver great service and efficient operations. Work hands-on on the shop floor, tills, and in-store bakery to support daily operations and set the pace for Customer Team Members. Own the day-to-day running of the store through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes while championing community engagement and membership growth. Schedule includes Thursday to Sunday with a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, plus regular overtime.
Required Qualifications
- You must be aged 18+
- Passion for people and leadership
- The ability to work flexibly and lead by example
- Skills in retail, merchandising, or team management
