Customer Team Leader

Lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, motivating, coaching, and supporting team members to deliver excellent service and efficient operations. Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, oversee daily operations, and set the pace for a team of Customer Team Members. Contribute to merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes, and champion Co-op membership through community engagement and growth initiatives. The role may involve working in post office or bakery areas or supporting online services and home delivery drivers, with a focus on fostering community connections and delivering value to customers.
