Job Summary
Lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, supervising day-to-day operations on shift, motivating and coaching team members, assisting on the shop floor and tills, supporting merchandising and stock accuracy, and driving community engagement and membership growth. Role may involve working in the post office, bakery, online services, or with home delivery drivers. Responsibilities include supervising store performance, HR processes, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining flexible availability, including weekends.
