Job Summary
Lead a small team on your shift by motivating, coaching, and supporting staff to deliver great service and efficient operations. Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills to support daily operations, while managing shelf stocking, sales, merchandising, and stock accuracy. Champion Co-op membership growth and drive community engagement through local and national charity partnerships. Own the day-to-day running of the store, adapting to varied shifts including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. Complete two online assessments as part of the application process, which takes 15-20 minutes.
