Job Summary
Lead a small team in a Co-op store by overseeing daily operations, motivating staff, and working hands-on at tills and on the shop floor. Manage store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes while championing membership growth and community engagement. Support essential services such as the post office, bakery, or online delivery drivers depending on your specific store. Complete two online assessments as part of the application process. This role offers 25 hours per week plus regular overtime with a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts, including weekend coverage.
