Job Summary
Lead a small team on your shift to manage the day-to-day running of the store. Motivate and coach staff to deliver great service while working hands-on on the shop floor and tills to support daily operations. Drive store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes. Own responsibilities in post offices, bakeries, or online service support depending on location. Champion Co-op membership growth and community engagement initiatives. Complete two online assessments as part of the application process.
