Job Summary
Lead a small team in a fast-paced Co-op store, coordinating day-to-day operations on the shop floor and at the post office counter, supporting merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes, while coaching colleagues to deliver great service. Responsibilities may include operating post office or bakery tasks, supporting online services and home delivery drivers, driving membership growth, and engaging with the local community. Demonstrates flexibility across a mix of early morning, late evening, and weekend shifts, with inclusive duties that emphasize customer service, teamwork, and store performance. Must be aged 18+ to authorise age-related sales and be able to work a 30-hour weekly pattern with overtime.
