Job Summary
Lead a small team in a Co-op store by managing shift operations, motivating staff, and working hands-on on the shop floor and tills. Support daily performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes while delivering essential services like post office or bakery support. Champion community engagement and membership growth to drive store sales and connect with local charities. Requires 16 hours per week plus overtime, with shifts from 6am to 2:30pm or 2:30pm to 11:15pm including weekend availability. Complete two online assessments as part of the application process.
