Job Summary
Lead a small team on your shift by motivating staff to deliver great service and efficient operations. Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills to support daily operations, while managing stock accuracy, merchandising, and HR processes. Own the day-to-day running of the store, which may include supporting post office services, bakery duties, or online delivery drivers depending on location.
