Job Summary
Lead a small team in a Co-op store by managing shift operations, motivating staff, and working hands-on at tills and on the shop floor. Own daily store running while supporting sales, merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes. Champion membership growth and community engagement, often assisting with post office, bakery, or online delivery services. You'll work a mix of opening, middle, and closing shifts including weekends, with a permanent full-time contract at £14.48 per hour.
