Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day running of the store by managing a small team on your shift, motivating and coaching staff to deliver great service and efficient operations. Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills, supporting daily operations, merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes while championing Co-op membership growth and community engagement. Own the store's performance and ensure shelves are stocked to offer essential services to the local community. Complete two online assessments as part of the application process.
