Job Summary
Lead a small team on your shift by motivating staff to deliver great service and efficient operations while working hands-on on the shop floor and tills. Manage daily store running including handling transactions on the post office counter, supporting merchandising, stock accuracy, and HR processes. Own the day-to-day running of the store and champion Co-op through community engagement and membership growth. You'll work a mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts with flexibility across the week, including evening and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
