CUSTOMER SVC/SHIFT LEADER

Oversee total store operations in the absence of Store Manager or Store Managers in Training. Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customer returns. Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service while encouraging team members to deliver excellent support. Demonstrate core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. Manage shift leadership duties to ensure daily standards are met across all store functions.
