CUSTOMER SVC/DEPT LEADER

Direct and supervise all day-to-day functions, duties, and activities for the Front-end department. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return. Responsible for the execution of best practices, goals, and Front-end standards established for the department.
