Customer Sustainability Manager (f/m/d)

Job Summary
The role involves creating and driving sales strategies tailored for clients based on their sustainability readiness, translating technical features into sales narratives, and building a sales toolkit. Responsibilities also include delivering training programs for the sales force, acting as a trusted advisor to clients on sustainable solutions, and leading sustainability components of RFQs with high-scoring responses. The position requires 4-6 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in a Commercial, Key Account Management, or Sales Support role, preferably within the logistics or B2B service sector
- Proven track record of managing tenders/RFQs and creating sales enablement content
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in a customer sustainability role is highly desirable
- Fluent in English (Business Level) is mandatory
- Additional languages are advantageous for regional support
