Customer Supporter in the Danish energy and utilities sector. Required Qualifications
- Experience in the utilities sector, preferably with billing, collection, or related areas
- Interest in consumption billing and ability to work analytically with complex tasks
- Ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally—even when tasks are complex
- A service-minded approach and desire to create positive customer experiences
- Structure, responsibility, and motivation to drive everyday progress
- Good Danish language skills and ability to communicate in English in writing and speaking
- Ability to create overview and solve problems collaboratively
- Enjoy working in a team that helps each other and shares knowledge
