Job Summary

The Customer Support & VivoPoint Monitoring Specialist is responsible for monitoring the VivoPoint platform for unsafe water conditions and addressing customer inquiries to deliver exceptional customer support. Requires pool industry experience, proficiency in CRM systems, and strong communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of CRM systems and their functionality
  • Proficient in utilizing computer systems
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs
  • Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
  • Must obtain CPO license within first 60 days

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar customer service role
  • Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
  • Experience with GSuite and/or MS Office
  • Experience with HubSpot and NetSuite

Additional Requirements

  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English
  • Ability to communicate in a second language is a plus
