Job Summary
Customer Support Trainer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining an onboarding curriculum for new customer support agents, developing refresher modules on product updates and performance gaps, and producing engaging training materials (guides, quick-reference cards, video scripts, scenario playbooks). Collaborate with QA and Team Leads to identify training needs from ticket reviews and quality assessments to drive improvements in user experiences across all brands. Location is Georgia with remote work options supported.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer support operations
- Strong product training capability
- Ability to develop onboarding and refresher training curricula
- Ability to create training materials (guides, quick-reference cards, video scripts, scenario playbooks)
- Experience collaborating with QA and Team Leads to identify training needs from ticket reviews and quality assessments
