Customer Support Technician - LATAM

Job Summary
Provide email-based support for enterprises using Mitto's CPaaS platform, manage initial tickets, triage inquiries, document feature requests, and escalate to appropriate teams to maintain platform stability. Collaborate with business teams to understand client needs and assist with product feedback and new feature development. Deliver in-depth support to clients of all sizes, troubleshoot quality issues, and maintain broad knowledge across Mitto products and processes. Work in shifts in a remote-first, flexible-hours environment with Argentina as the location. Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, demonstrate strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, and show a willingness to learn new technologies and client use cases.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience within a Customer Support role
- Fluent in written and spoken English & Spanish
