Customer Support Standard

Handle customer and sales colleague requests for post-order support, ensuring urgent cases are addressed immediately. Manage requests for changes and shipping instructions while following up on deliveries and export control where needed. Act as the primary problem solver to resolve issues and drive process improvements for a continuous follow-up. This role requires fluency in English and Danish within Alfa Laval's global organization.
