Job Summary
Provide one-on-one customer support to individuals participating in a structured program designed to help them build positive habits, stay motivated, and make meaningful progress. Serve as a reliable point of contact to ensure each person’s experience is smooth, supportive, and encouraging from start to finish. Responsibilities include operating and monitoring specialized program tools (training provided), encouraging participants with practices such as journaling and goal setting, maintaining accurate session notes, sharing updates with team members, and fostering a welcoming, respectful environment where people feel comfortable and supported. Training is provided; prior industry experience is not required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience (any industry)
- Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with patience and empathy
- Reliable, punctual, and open to coaching and feedback
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
