Job Summary
Provide one-on-one support to individuals during scheduled sessions; operate and monitor specialized program tools and technology (training provided); encourage participants using positive practices such as journaling, goal setting, and reflection; maintain accurate session notes and share updates with team members; help create a welcoming, respectful environment where people feel comfortable and supported. Requires 2+ years of full-time professional experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, reliability, and US work authorization. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-time professional experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
