Job Summary
Provide customer and internal stakeholder support by coordinating office services, processing orders, maintaining customer profiles and contract records, preparing reports and waste shipment summaries, and generating manifests. Communicate with customers by phone, email, or in person to obtain information for accurate waste profile approval; assist with waste characterization and related documentation in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations; manage deposits, address changes, forms, and discontinuances; research operational questions and discrepancies; identify trends and data patterns; work within a team to ensure timely, professional service and customer satisfaction. Knowledge of RCRA, DOT regulations, and MS Office Suite; strong communication, detail orientation, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
Required Qualifications
