Job Summary
Customer Support Specialist with remote work arrangement responsible for handling incoming support requests across channels, diagnosing and resolving application and configuration issues, maintaining customer records in CRM, contributing to knowledge base, and collaborating across teams to identify insights for product improvements. Requires strong communication, ability to explain technical concepts to diverse users, proficiency with Windows environments, and experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word). Role involves after-hours support rotation and representing the company in customer-facing settings. Prior experience in government or public-sector contexts is preferred; additional skills in SQL, CRM/ticketing systems, and understanding of state/local government operations are a plus.
