Job Summary
Respond to client and driver communications via telephony, email, and FleetView to fulfill requests for fuel, insurance, compliance, and MAP passports. Organize and track high-volume activities in CRM systems, including license/title requests, vehicle transportation, and mass driver uploads. Make strategic decisions on vehicle keep/sell recommendations and manage drivers in rentals to maximize fleet efficiency. Maintain client profiles, standard operating procedures, and required reports while escalating issues to supervisors. Meet Salesforce KPIs and uphold performance guidelines in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. Full-time, Monday through Friday, hybrid location in Georgia or Illinois.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume, multi-tasking environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate proficiency in math
- Salesforce experience
- Spanish language proficiency
- Full-time position, Monday through Friday
- Hybrid position located in Georgia or Illinois
- Ability to regularly speak, hear, and see
- Ability to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse, and phone
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Successful completion of drug and background screening
